Bold and Innovative

San Luis Obispo, CA

2020

InjectorsDirect.com was founded in San Luis Obispo in 2009 with the mission of bringing fuel injectors to the consumer market. Their expert technicians and state-of-the-art facility operate for the consumer first, and we wanted to honor their innovation and consumer-centered philosophy in our landscape design.

For this commercial design, the landscapes needed to complement the bold architecture of the building and the innovative nature of the business. We focused on bold plantings, vibrant uses of their company colors, and vertical scale.

In the final design, we used red-flowering and red-bodied aloes to bring in the company’s colors, and king palms to create a vertical scale complementing the two-story building. This low-maintenance design offers botanical interest without daily investment, enabling the team at Injectors Direct to keep focusing on what they do best: serving their customers.
