Construction Site to Modern Oasis

When we arrived, this property was an acre-sized large construction site with a new construction home built by the Pack Design Group, a full service residential design firm specializing in coast modern homes. 

We designed and installed a completely new topography, changing the access road's structure, and bringing in over 100,000 pounds of new stones and boulders, some reaching the size of a VW Bug. We transformed the open lot into a secluded private property. 

The final design highlighted the natural creekside of the property, blended indoor and outdoor spaces with custom concrete patios and stairs, and featured an exotic and detailed garden around the house that radiated out to a more native, less concentrated local landscape.
